Timber Frame
Set deep in the north woods of Minnesota with stunning lake sunset views, this sustainable year round 'cabin' has it all.
We incorporated SI Panel with traditional Timber Frame construction, all electric utilities and innovative smart technology, energy efficient products, materials and a solar renewable energy system.
Mid (re)Mod
This adorable 1958 stunner is getting a new main floor with a total kitchen rennovation, new wood floors to match existing and even a new basement bathroom.

This hilltop home has breathtaking lake views all the way to Canada!
The homeowners had a vision for their retirement retreat and we made it happen.
Interabled Resort
This project is dear to our hearts. We worked hard to implement the owners' vision of building an inclusive resort for families of all abilities.
Deep in the north woods of Minnesota and on a tranquil lake, guests can experience nature in the wilderness, and have a safe cozy retreat they can all enjoy, creating beautiful lifelong memories together.
Diamond in the Woods
This tiny fishing shack was part of an original resort dating back to the 1920's!
We moved her to this site in 2021 and she is getting a new life (at 100 years old) as a cozy family cottage by the lake.
This project is very gratifying for us as we have sourced reclaimed materials (other than vital upgrades for safety) for the entire project.
Green in the Valley
This is our 'greenest' project yet. This sustainable 'carriage house' is just phase one of this project. The owner's want a modern carriage house for flexible business and personal use. Incorporating LEED cerfication, regenerative elements, all electric power via solar, gardens and a large greenhouse, stay tuned to see this gem in the St Croix Valley.
